Jim “Bromo”, hired me to inspect a property for him and his client. After I walked them through the house and explained what issues the home may in-cure in the future, I was thanked for the hard work. However, unknown to me, Jim did not enter into a contract to purchase the house. After I spent the time inspecting the house and physically walking them through it, they no longer needed my report to determine if the property was right for them and decided not to pay me for the work. James Packard went over and above the call of duty. We had several issues making our home search a challenge.
