Me and wife bought our first house and closed on 4/25/2025 we worked with Jim Bromo who was fantastic in helping us find a good home he was able to meet last minute for house showings communicated with throughout the process I would definitely recommend working with Jim thanks for all the help

Jim “Bromo”, hired me to inspect a property for him and his client. After I walked them through the house and explained what issues the home may in-cure in the future, I was thanked for the hard work. However, unknown to me, Jim did not enter into a contract to purchase the house. After I spent the time inspecting the house and physically walking them through it, they no longer needed my report to determine if the property was right for them and decided not to pay me for the work. James Packard went over and above the call of duty. We had several issues making our home search a challenge. First, we lived in Nebraska and wanted to move back to Minnesota, so we had to deal with a long-distance move. My wife is disabled so that put an added dimension in our choices of homes.
