I turned on my garden hose in my backyard, and water leaked all down the walls in my basement. I wasn't sure what was going on so I called "MEANS" replace the "M" With a "D" and maybe you'll catch my drift. Any who, there Tech came out and did a quick inspection, determined that its gonna cost $1400 to fix it. I said HELL NO! So then I called MN Plumbing & Home Services. Michelle was wonderful. They did an excellent job installing our new dishwasher and the customer service was excellent! We bought a dishwasher from Best Buy. They came to install it but after they left, we noticed the water was pooling at the bottom which had been an issue with our previous dishwasher. Someone who lived here previously did not remove the valve to our garbage disposal which was causing the issue. I called them again, left a voicemail, and they were back within 2 business days. Had MN Plumbing & Home Services scheduled for installation of a gas dryer. Team showed up to install and was unable to complete due to Lowes inability to schedule a stackable washer/dryer. Was told that someone from MN Plumbing would reschedule installation. A whole day has passed, along with 6 count em 6 calls to MN Plumbing to speak with someone to get it rescheduled. I had a disappointing experience with a technician who came to install my dishwasher. He arrived late for the scheduled service window and then argued that he was still within the timeframe rather than acknowledging the delay. As it caused issues even further issues. Alex was his name. During the installation, Alex made a comment about the dishwasher being “an inexpensive/cheaper one” and said it wouldn’t take long because of that.
