Michelle started the process out very efficiently. She really helped me through the scheduling when my first disposal got damaged in shipping. Mike did an excellent job installing my garbage disposal. Very professional and great customer service. I would definitely use this service again. Top notch.

After the installation, there was an issue with one of the products that had been installed, but Michelle and Mike handled it quickly and professionally. They responded right away, communicated clearly, and made sure the problem was fully resolved without any hassle. The customer service experience was outstand... read more
