I originally left a negative review because the plumbing work didn’t pass inspection and the company didn’t complete the job as expected. However, I want to acknowledge that after my feedback, the company reached out, took responsibility, and made the necessary corrections to ensure the work met code and passed inspection. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE. I hired MN Plumbing & Home Services to handle a gas line installation for a new gas stove, and unfortunately, the experience has been EXTREMELY BEYOND frustrating. Their work DID NOT PASS city inspection, and instead of returning to correct the issues, they have failed to complete the job. Sent me a spam text but I’ve used their services in my life
Great customer service and great work! Caden and Tyler came not once, but twice, when it became obvious the originally scheduled company was not going to honor their dishwasher install agreement. They were pleasant, efficient, and very experienced. I would use Mn Plumbing/Home Services again!
They failed the installation service requested and have refused to respond to calls asking for fixing their failed installation, I would not recommend.
