I had surgery Nov. 2025. Upper eyelid and brow lift. (Blepharoplasty). It has now been six months since surgery and my eyes are almost the same as they were before surgery. I am sick that I went thru all of this for nothing and my insurance company paid $40,000.00 for nothing. My last visit I was told there is nothing more they can do. Don’t ever step foot in their door. .

I had the eyelid lift by Dr Nelson and I am very happy with the results and I have a very good friend who also had the lift done by Dr Nelson and she was very very happy with the outcome
I came in due a stubborn chalazion on my eyelid that wouldn't go away. I've been happy with my experience here. The PA, Isabel Sim-Campos, has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She has fully answered any question I've had. After some weeks of treatment, they determined it wasn't resolving itself, and the surgeon, Dr. Kamboj, worked with the PA to surgically remove it. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the PA to the surgeon have been great to work with.
I scheduled a consultation for a much-needed blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) with Dr. Eric Nelson at MOPSS and was initially impressed with the front desk staff and medical team. However, in the scheduler’s office, the tone changed completely. She was rude, scolded me for not having a physical insurance card (even though I had emailed it), and made sarcastic remarks about my insurance type (Blue Cross Blue Shield), saying, “Which one?
