This office is a money grab. First of all, I was told that my consultation fee would be applied to my surgery cost. That was a lie. If you are looking for a resolution for treating festoons, I would not go to this office. After being told a lower bleph would help the appearance of my festoons (and I believed the recommendation, because I am not a doctor) my festoons looked even WORSE. I had Blepharoplasty and Ptosis Repair surgery performed by Dr. Eric Nelson 6/2023. It also included a brow lift because the brows were pushing down on my eyelids, contributing to the problem. The surgery was covered by insurance and successful in restoring a full field of vision. However one eyebrow was much lower than the other.
