I came in due a stubborn chalazion on my eyelid that wouldn't go away. I've been happy with my experience here. The PA, Isabel Sim-Campos, has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She has fully answered any question I've had. After some weeks of treatment, they determined it wasn't resolving itself, and the surgeon, Dr. Kamboj, worked with the PA to surgically remove it. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the PA to the surgeon have been great to work with.

I scheduled a consultation for a much-needed blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) with Dr. Eric Nelson at MOPSS and was initially impressed with the front desk staff and medical team. However, in the scheduler’s office, the tone changed completely. She was rude, scolded me for not having a physical insurance card (even though I had emailed it), and made sarcastic remarks about my insurance type (Blue Cross Blue Shield), saying, “Which one? Dr Baker was amazing to work with on my eyelid surgery. I was getting to the point that they were sagging so much it was affecting my vision. The results after surgery were amazing - I can see so much more and if you look at me you’d never know I had the procedure done.
