We have made contact and the owners are promising to address our concerns. They do seem sincere which gives us hope that the issues will be fixed and we will be able to depend on them for future needs.
Worst experience of my life. They wrecked the structure of our house, messed up the installation on simple system and didn’t setup the system properly. Have had to pay others to come and fix the system so that it will work. They violated several electrical codes and Pat continued to say that it wasn’t his problem. It leaks air at almost every joint and is very noisy. They attempted to not put ducts into every room and installed ducts in the worst spots.
