Worst experience of my life. They wrecked the structure of our house, messed up the installation on simple system and didn’t setup the system properly. Have had to pay others to come and fix the system so that it will work. They violated several electrical codes and Pat continued to say that it wasn’t his problem. It leaks air at almost every joint and is very noisy. They attempted to not put ducts into every room and installed ducts in the worst spots. I had a heat pump installed recently by Pat and his team at MN Mechanical, and they were great to work with. Pat was super helpful—he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible. The crew was friendly and professional. They showed up on time, kept things clean, and got the job done quicker than I expected. Overall it was a 5 star experience working with MN Mechanical.
Called with a pressing , but not urgent concern. They had a technician at my house the same morning and resolved my issue within an hour. Communication was excellent, they kept me informed of the techs arrival and the whole process could not have gone smoother. Will use them again in the future. Highly recommend.
