Watch out 4 pallets! They put nice things on top&trash under it. Who wants broken returns, used nasty prescription glasses, or various parts to different things, along w/other useless trash!!

Needs better selection of stuff like cordless outdoor power equipment like in the past. Don't separate batteries and chargers from cordless equipment. Product selection is much less now and the prices are way up. Burnsville used to have product practically stacked to the rafters. That store now has 25% of the inventory they used to have at best.
Very bad customer service
Buyer Beware! Bought a garbage disposal opened it up, it was filled with food, dirt, and leftover from someone else's sink. They wouldnt take it back " because filthy doesnt mean it doesnt work". Water runs through the bottom...and cannot be used. Still wint take it back.
Used to have great prices and amazing finds, but now they must have shipped all of the good inventory to the other stores. Sad!
This used to be an awesome place. The store in Burnsville is poorly run, has the worst managers. I’ve had the worst customer service from the store manager Tim Elliott that I’ve ever experienced - unprofessional, hostile, & extremely rude. The sales are a joke, prices are jacked up before the sale starts, & the sale prices are ridiculous. Overall, not really worth the hassle & the horrible customer service to save a few bucks on goods or materials that may or may not be defective - that you are stuck with after purchasing.
I use to love this place was there every week but it has really went down hill low inventory and prices have going sky high I can go next store Menards and get brand new items for the same price or better ! Jimmy what have you done with this place it's really sad that you don't listen to your customer and read your reviews and fix the problem!!!!!!! Is it greed that took over!!!!! A very sad & disappointed customer!
They sent be through eBay purchase a wrong exhaust fan (one wrong out of 3 fans order). They kept me on hold for over 30 min. Then they transferred my call to their eBay person. That was a lie, they transferred me to some Jimmy's Shop in the same Burnsville Mall. Installation is on Tuesday - and I was forced to go and pay full retail of $128 at Home Depot, in order to have 3 fans for scheduled on Tuesday June 25, 2019 install. BAD EXPERIENCE, NEGLIGENCE, and LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
