Amazing service and honest to what the problems are and what needs to be done to fix them
During the power outages this August, we had a whole house generator that required we have a soft start installed on our air conditioner to be able to use our air-conditioning so it didn’t draw too much from the generator A technician was sent the next day, and Owen was very professional and thoughtful of our situation. I had also asked for a quote on a new air conditioner and receive that via email shortly after. We would recommend True Quality to all our family and friends.
