Scalp facial was ultimate relaxation! And the before/after was awesome to see. I really like the products she used and the chair was so relaxing. Would do it again!

I gifted myself the Serene headspa and wow, what an experience this was. Nicci’s space is very welcoming. She greeted me with a wonderful smile and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate that she took the time to explain the service and asked if I had any questions along the way. I came to Nicci for a pixie cut and she did an amazing job and made the whole experience very enjoyable. She was friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, and really prioritized understanding what I wanted. I'm thrilled with my pixie and would absolutely recommend her!
