Troy was truly incredible! It's hard these days to find people who are truly passionate about their work and more interested in helping people then finding ways to exploit lack of knowledge. Troy not only diagnosed my issue but he spent time with me to make sure I knew how to check for dryer issues in the future. Very very positive experience!
Troy did a very thoughtful job and explained everything to us. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious.
Troy and his crew serviced many of the residents in our 55+ community recently. We were more than pleased with the service and the knowledge and expertise of Troy. He inspected and cleaned our dryer vent, and in the process discovered that our vent hose was not attached properly by the builder, thus exposing us to some CO2 when the dryer is running. He corrected the issue at no extra charge. We highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!
Troy from MN Dryer Vent Guys was great. Literally a life saver in our case. We had recently moved into our home and several neighbors were having their vents cleaned by Troy, so we signed up also. Troy discovered our gas dryer was not even connected to the vent and was emitting carbon monoxide into our home! He couldn’t complete the repair at that time but returned within 48 hours to make the repair! He is professional and very thorough. The service is top notch and reasonable. Very pleased and will definitely use him again.
