Troy was terrific! He diagnosed our issues ahead of time when we sent him a video, and quoted a price. Today Troy came and fully cleaned everything, and fixed the vent piping that had come apart. He educated us on a lot of things to watch for. We will DEFINITELY use Troy again, in his recommended two years.
