Just know he will not be able to move a stacked dryer, a fairly typical scenario which every vent cleaner I have had is able to do. He also stated he did not have a ladder to get to the second floor vent even though I bought the second floor service when I booked. He gave me a long and very much unwanted lecture on how bad my installation is. Basically assumed I was a total idiot. Showed him the door and my vent is not clean.
