Terrible communication. Impossible to get them on the phone or eamil
Do not use this business ! The positive reviews are from 2 years ago when I think it was under different management. I recently took a class and never received my renewal card or a refund (and no communication from the "owner/CEO"). My certification was about to lapse, so I needed to pay for another class at a legit company because I never got my card. It's a pretty sad way to scam people out of money!!
The class and instructor were good. I am getting no response from the office on getting proof of completion and there is no alternative phone number or contact information for anyone that will answer the phone.
Serena led such a great class! She made me feel so comfortable & was very informative & helpful! I feel absolutely prepared after taking her class. I highly recommend taking a class with her at the Saint Francis, MN location! Thanks Serena! :)
I've done this class many times thru the years and although they all have been educational, this was by far the best, most informative, easy to remember class because of examples of personal experiences by instructor, Thanks Serena
