Overall an excellent buying experience. I’m based in Cambridge so it was the closest place to get a car, but Tom went above and beyond. He opened the place on the weekend just for us so we could test drive the car. We reached an agreement pretty quick. Met halfway to close the deal. I took a bus when it was to pick up the car and he was waiting for me at the terminal. All those little details that truly make a difference.
