UPDATE: They contacted me back and came back to clean that last duct that was missed. I am satisfied with the service and our air does smell cleaner in our house now. I was happy with their service until a week later I found a duct that they hadn’t cleaned and it was 1 foot from my air handler. I contacted the guy and he read my text and ignored me. He has had 3 weeks or so to make it right and hasn’t contacted me back.😔 Wish I had been home to walk the house and make sure none got missed instead of having my wife there. Ot... read more

I cannot speak on the quality of work since they cancelled on me 3 times in a row. When I first called and booked, they said everything was great and set to go. They called back an hour later to let me know they don't service the area. A week later they contacted me and said someone actually does service that area, and asked if I wanted to rebook. Great customer service and very competitive pricing! Jeremy was so friendly and helpful! We recentely moved to a new home and I was amazed at the things that were in the air ducts (toys, socks, wood chunks!) I'm so glad we got it done!
