I was happy with their service until a week later I found a duct that they hadn’t cleaned and it was 1 foot from my air handler. I contacted the guy and he read my text and ignored me. He has had 3 weeks or so to make it right and hasn’t contacted me back.😔 Wish I had been home to walk the house and make sure none got missed instead of having my wife there. Otherwise the ducts seem very clean now.
I cannot speak on the quality of work since they cancelled on me 3 times in a row. When I first called and booked, they said everything was great and set to go. They called back an hour later to let me know they don't service the area. A week later they contacted me and said someone actually does service that area, and asked if I wanted to rebook. Great customer service and very competitive pricing! Jeremy was so friendly and helpful! We recentely moved to a new home and I was amazed at the things that were in the air ducts (toys, socks, wood chunks!) I'm so glad we got it done!
MN Air Duct Cleaning was amazing! They came within days of calling, were fast, efficient and super nice guys! 100% use them again and recommend them!
