Got quoted $199 for a 4 bedroom home. When they came, the tech said I have 25 vents and it'll take a long time so they have to charge me more. Ended up being over $700. When I got home, I looked in one of the vents and there was still dust in there. The manager I talked to had no customer service what so ever. I figure I help out a local mom and pop shop but this time it back fired. It was going to take a long time they said. Tried to take advantage of the 199 special. Seemed great until technician arrived late in unmarked van and the price quickly went up to almost 600 dollars for “add ons” like the air returns and the blower motor. I felt like I was bait and switched. When I tried to negotiate the price the technician offered me a “deal” where he would only charge the 199 then I pay him 200 dollars cash to do the rest of the work under the table. Please be careful with this company/people I set up a cleaning for $199.00 came over and eneded up being $820.99 straight theft. Be very careful when dealing with this company
Great service the technician Manny was great to work with and very polite and moved with a mission. Great communication and updates on the go! Aswell as before and after photos as he was performing the work. He also had recommendations on filter replacement and how to determine it's time for a new one. We have 4 dogs so that will very on how often we change them out. Overall Great service performed thanx Manny!!
Hired this company to clean our vents. Mediocre job for the price they are charging. They are not upfront with the price and the two different types of cleaning services they offer. The job is not dustless like they claim it will be. They are not using "hospital grade" equipment. Overall not a good company to work with and I truly regret hiring them.
