READ!!! I would give Marine Max in Gulf Shores a ZERO if I could. HORRIBLE customer service. First off we are not the type of people that expect something for nothing or write negative reviews. HOWEVER, this warrants one. We brought our Grady White boat in for service and to have a keel guard replaced that had already fallen off several times. I agree with Todd, another 1 Star review on MarineMax. *****Dishonest Service Department!***** Go somewhere that will appreciate your business and do it Right and be honest. *Warning: MarineMax of Baltimore is now MarineMax Kent Island. There was a time when companies were honest, Elliot Anderson, the Service Manager at MarineMax Service is "NOT" honest. Went by there yesterday with a wife set limit of 80k to look for a boat. Don’t drive to where the boats are like you can at every other boat sales place, they will come out screaming at you. (Or maybe it was because I was in my inexpensive commuter car?) Anyway, as I pulled up to park a salesperson came barking orders at me while another behind him said “We have 100k boats out here!”.
