The van was one hour late picking up my father from Alamitos West Rehab without any disregard for an elderly diabetic patient waiting uncomfortably & restless & hungry. Horrible customer service, from the owner to the staff answering the phone (Leticia), all liars covering up for their errors, very rude & hostile & disrespectful to customers.
