Absent when I had issues. Particularly with the roof. I had to replace electrical and insulation after my neighbor (MMT) replaced my roof. It’s back to normal now, after I installed my roof vent going into my half bath and peeled out all the soaking wet fiberglass and put dry R20. Three years later…I couldn’t figure out why I was freezing and my bills were sky rocketing. I called an inspector to come and check out my roof. Absolutely the best customer service we have ever received. Michael and his crew did a fantastic job removing and replacing sections of our fence and gate. He did a great job communicating start/end times and what we should expect from his crew. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

We have now used MMT Construction for a couple of home renovation projects with our most recent one being a bathroom renovation. We are extremely pleased at the quality of work that has been done. Michael is great at communicating so everyone is on the same page before and during the project. We have referred MMT to others and plan to use them again for future projects.
