Avoid if possible!! Had an emergency trip to the hospital and was later told this company is out-of-network with my insurance. MMT billed me for over a thousand dollars OVER the amount my insurance company said was allowed. I asked if I could speak to a manager or appeal this decision with MMT since it was an emergency situation and I was not give a choice to use them and the person from the billing department was very rude and refused to offer any assistance or consideration for a write-off. Very unprofessional.

I rode in an MMT ambulance in July and the staff pulled over on the side of the highway instead of taking me to my destination, telling me that I could take over if I wanted. One of the drivers was physically aggressive with me, and I ended up deciding to get out and walk instead of staying with them. They called the police to take me into custody, and they allowed me to be handcuffed and driven away in a police car. So much for safe transport to the hospital. Please note, MMT Ambulance IS NOT in network with any VA major insurance companies. Charges over 2K to go 18 miles.
