I would give this company zero stars if I could. Their customer service and case management are terrible and almost completely nonresponsive. I have spent months dealing with problems getting refills and trying to get someone to return my calls. MultimedRx is an excellent company. Frederick is my account manager and has done an excellent job. My medication has done a great job in helping me lose weight. Service, price and delivery is excellent.
Horrible sent wrong merchandise. Couldn't get in touch with them. SCAM stay away. My bank is investigating them .
Do NOT use this company!! This is a sham! I’ve been on the compounded tirzepatide for 4 months and on the highest dose and have not lost a single pound. When I look back at pictures of the medication doses each month it has not increased even though the dose on the outside of the packaging states the dose has increased.
