Dr. Carpenter is awesome. He is easy to talk to. He listens. Very good at explaining things. Great personality. Good bedside manner. Very blessed to have him as my doctor. Thankyou Dr. Chuck!

They cancelled my appointment without consulting me and rescheduled me for a later date. I cannot get my appointment back nor can I reschedule for another 3 months. Not sure what kind of customer service this is but if you have options, go elsewhere.
