I’m not sure I have enough words to describe how wonderful this shop is! Car repairs are incredibly stressful as it is, but this repair shop makes everything much easier. They specialize in Mini Coopers and I wouldn’t trust my Clubbie with anyone else. Once they’ve run a diagnostic on your car, they send you a full diagnosis and estimate for each repair needed. Gave my dad a ride to pick up his car and just wanted to give a shout out to Manny for amazing customer service. Although my dad decided to not get the work done on his mini (it’s time to get rid of it) Manny treated my dad with extreme kindness and provided excellent customer service.
Forgot to leave review for my experience a year ago, they put in a non oem replacement part (harmonic balancer) & when they were caught red handed refunded me money for the part but not labor! They quoted double to just drop a motor in my mini that someone locally not only sourced the motor, dropped it in my car, & replaced clutch/flywheel was actually done for!
