Gave my dad a ride to pick up his car and just wanted to give a shout out to Manny for amazing customer service. Although my dad decided to not get the work done on his mini (it’s time to get rid of it) Manny treated my dad with extreme kindness and provided excellent customer service.
Forgot to leave review for my experience a year ago, they put in a non oem replacement part (harmonic balancer) & when they were caught red handed refunded me money for the part but not labor! They quoted double to just drop a motor in my mini that someone locally not only sourced the motor, dropped it in my car, & replaced clutch/flywheel was actually done for! First time returning to Mini cooper in 6 years but when I did I knew to go to Mmotorworx, the last experience was great and I’m glad to still get that same warm at home feeling at this shop. This team is experienced, professional, and sincere. I would recommend Mmotorwox to anyone that wants honest genuine service. I asked so many questions and it seemed like they had an answer for just about anything. They made sure to take the time to see that I understood the service provided and the services recommended.
Great service, very knowledgeable technicians, got a good deal on my repairs, can’t ask for more.
