I had a concern regarding the final drive on a newer R model, emailed Mathew and followed up with a phone call. He put my mind at ease that it's not likely an imminent problem. As there is no longer a BMW dealer in the London area it's nice to know that there is someone close by that is knowledgeable and responsive.
