DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! Owner does not pay his employees. My husband's first check from him bounced. Empty promises of being paid only for texts and phone calls to go unanswered. It's now been over a month and there's absolute silence when asked about being paid for the hours he worked. My husband is owed over $4000.00. We have contacted an attorney and will be pursuing this to the full extent. Do not do business with this company do not work for this company. The owner Mike has no moral values.

I believed in the company and the owner .but I can't condone the things being done here. I also lost time with my family I was never paid for . I landscape every year putting in many many hours a week and enjoy my winters. I usually plow but it's not a full time thing. But working here in four different states , I must have put in hundreds upon hundreds of hours. I've only been paid a portion of . Please don't work here . You all deserve to be compensated for your time

Do not work for this company. Micheal Grillo does not meet payroll nor compensate his employees for late pay. He is rude, disrespectful and belittles every employee of his. He scams the companies he has contracts with and rarely does a job correctly the first visit. Working for him has been one of the most miserable work experiences of my life. Still have not been paid it’s been months he owes more than 300$ to me I’ve texted and called and the excuse is that he’s still in Maine and now he apparently doesn’t remember who I am. Pissed I want my money I worked for

Please disregard the 5 star reviews. They are from the management team, including myself, who received a gift card if we posted a 5 star review. Stay as far away from this company as possible. The owner belongs behind bars, or a mental institution. I am ashamed to have ever worked there.
