Very professional company, Levi came the next day on time to find a leak in my flat, and they did the job, gave advice on next steps and were polite and thoughtful at all times. The rate was as agreed. I would happily recommend them.
I had a water leak that needed urgent attention, and MML Plumbing were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They carried out a very thorough investigation to locate the source of the leak, which gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise. I only have the highest praises for the manner and efficiency that MML Plumbing managed our leak issue. Silvia dealt with the query in a very professional and caring manner. Levi the engineer went through and explained every single step. We did try to get other companies to have a look at our water leak issue but most of them did not have the equipment or knowledge to deal with it. I can only recommend them with a minimum of 5* as a review. Thank you guys.
I used MML to fix my old boiler a few years ago and they kept it going for me as long as possible. Once further repairs were going to out weigh the cost of a new boiler (in relation to length of use) we decided to put a new one in. They are always so responsive and helpful, giving all the useful data to choose the right boiler - the most expensive is not always best. A really professional job and so warm and friendly. I cannot recommend these guys enough. From the initial diagnosis for our bathroom leak (very thorough), to the final renovation, the quality of work and professionalism was brilliant. Everything was communicated very clearly, and any time unexpected issues arise, there was a suggestion on how best to proceed. The finish was also top notch. I have no problem thoroughly recommending MML plumbing to anyone considering them.
