They are always fast and efficient. I always need help with the state portal and they are always gracious enough to walk me through it. The doctor and receptionist are very kind people.
I booked an appointment on a Tuesday. I showed up on time and the doors to the entrance were locked and no one will answer my calls. Very disappointing as I took off work for this appointment.
