Not worth any of your time. – My best advice is this: Stay away from this place. Not only are the owners complete tools themselves, and everything they do is horrendous. If you have your mower/chainsaw/line trimmer or generator serviced there. Expect to wait at least 3 weeks before you get it back. If you need parts, good luck! They obviously dont pay their bills to their suppliers, because everything they dont have, which is pretty much everything, has to get ordered. One of the best power equipment stores – We bought a Honda HRR216VKA lawnmower from them. We tried to look for this model at home depot, but they were sold out. I contacted all Honda Powerequipment deals in the South Bay Area. This was the only dealer that had prices comparable to Home Depot with awesome customer service. Great selection of yard tools/equipment!! – A friend had recently turned me on to this company after his successful new lawnmower purchase and I couldn't have been happier that I made the trip down from Los Altos. They had a very modern and updated showroom with every conceivable piece of power equipment I had ever seen and a few I had no idea what they did!! sales man bad attitude – I was looking a tree pruner at this store. Unfortunately, they only have one left, which had a missing part inside the package. I asked this old sales man whether they have another new one. His answer was "We need to sell this one before we can order a new one" and with a very bad attitude. His attitude was like "buy it or leave it". With this bad economy, most of the retailer would appreciate if they can make any business. I wonder how this store can survive with that kind of attitude.
