I don't use the word "scam" lightly, but I can't find a more accurate description of what happened in my home. Their six-step process sounds thorough. Here is what actually happened. The negative air machine — the centerpiece of professional duct cleaning — was never connected to the duct system. It sat nearby like a prop. My experience with this company was phenomenal. Christian called to inform me of his anticipated arrival. He was on time and started the job immediately. He explained the process thoroughly and informed me of what to expect. He performed the work professionally and proficiently. Christian was exceptional in all aspects.
