Had to order a large quantity of tiles from Wonder Porcelain and had a tough time getting it done. Anna and Sue were extremely helpful and patient and gave me different options for transportation based on their knowledge and helped me quite a bit to eventually pick up my order. Much appreciated, thank you!
Didn't respond to emails, very nasty and rude over the phone. I will never purchase materials from this company. This is the second review that says something about their attitude, big red flag.
BEWARE!!! This company is completely untrustworthy and has provided the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We purchased 5 slabs, which shattered during shipment and never made it to our destination. Initially, they offered to send replacements, but given the disaster of the first shipment, we opted for a refund instead. They agreed to issue the refund, but it has now been over a month, and we have not received our money back.
