I believe this company in out of business as of 2021
I have tried to order a 80-key dual lock **** on 8/4/2021 and haven't received any confirmation other than they processed my payment and today is 8/30/2021. Collectively I have been on hold for more than 8 hours spanning several days, sent an email through their website and even left a voicemail to no avail. At this point, I just want to cancel my order and get a refund but it's impossible to get a hold of anyone at this company.
