I had a very disappointing experience with this venue and feel it’s important to share so others are aware before booking. From the beginning, communication with the staff was extremely unprofessional and inconsistent. There were multiple instances where information we were given changed without explanation, and responses to our questions were either delayed or unclear. I rented this location from the "owner" Norkelis and unfortunately the experience was very unprofessional. When we spoke about renting the venue there was no mention of the guest not being able to arrive early. I paid over $4400 just for 3 hrs of set up and 6 hrs of partying which was cut down to 5 hrs. Had the owner mentioned that our guest and DJ were not allowed to arrive prior to 9pm we would have not rented this location. On the contract there were no mentions of this.
