This service provider failed to show for mobile calibration services appointment to my vehicle. My appointment was made in advance with a follow-up confirmation phone call. I phoned several times up to 630pm with no answer and no available voicemail to leave a message. Consequently, I may face a violation at the fault of this service provider. I was tasked with leaving my vehicle unattended without appointment at another provider to avoid towing fees. Not to mention the run around by intoxalock. Seek other providers.
