Terrible horrible company. They can’t keep to a schedule and lack in communication. An xray that was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago still not complete. Every day I get a phone call saying oh it’s today, oh it’s tomorrow. Never again will I ever use this company. Just go to the doctors or bring your loved one to an urgent care. This place is ridiculous.
The lady I spoke to otp wasn't very helpful unfortunately. I first asked if I could come in for an imaging, she responded abruptly to say that "you couldn't come in since we're a mobile company". I didn't know what else to do with that info other than thank her and hung up. I realized after that I could've still get the imaging from them if we just talked about my options. It was just a weird, non-accommodating interaction
Great experience Aron really helped me and my family through a very challenging situation he put in a lot hard work and time to get the job done can’t express how much we appreciated his work.
Amazing management. Really cares about employees and patients. Definitely recommend!
