They do ok with PCs but not with Apple. Had a cable installed and it went bad less than 6-months later. Decided to replace it myself. The cable MMD installed was cheap and inferior quality plus it was not installed correctly. It cost over $200 for their service and only $30 for me to do it--never again.

Consumer beware Took laptop in for a diagnostic review to find out why it wouldn't start. I was told diagnosit charge would be $35 and they would call to advise what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the paper they give you to sign has a line in small print stating that if repairs are under $100 they will do them without authorization. I took my computer in to see why it would not charge. I took it in on a Thursday and they told me it would be ready by Monday. When the guy called me on Friday, he told me that the screen was bad and power jack needed to be replaced. He said it would be labor intensive and cost around $450.00 to fix and suggested I buy a new computer. Fine. I paid the $35 diagnostic fee and took it back. Service Call – This was the second time I need service, First call was great (8 months ago), came in asked what was the problem sat down and proceed correct the problem on our computer. Then he asked what else can I do for you, I had some other concerns, which I told him about and he showed me what I could do to help myself which really helped. The second call was on an Ipad2 issue, I told him what we were trying to do and he set up the Ipad that way and gave us some suggestion which has worked out well. Both call were done ... read more

Great computer service – Once agian I am blown away with the excellent service and expertise of Mmd Computer Center. They are always cost conscious yet provide quality prooducts and service. I have called many times with questions and they always answer quickly, pleasantly and correctly. They never try to talk me into a house call or bring in the computer unless absolutely necessary. Fast Fix I couldn't transfer pictures from my digital camera to my desktop and laptop computers. I brought my laptop into their shop and Thomas was able to fix the problem in less then one hour. When I got home Thomas remotely fixed my desktop computer very quickly. Everything is working perfectly thanks to the skills of this excellent company. And the price for doing all this was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anybody who is having computer problems.
