Receptionist staff for Dr. Biagiotti will interrogate you on your illness and certain symptoms you are having, staff does not give the doctor the message, the staff will negate your illness, will leave you on hold so you will hang up. I've never seen such an unprofessional staff than Dr. Biagiotti staff. Receptionist staff is unprofessional. I would fire them. But it's not just the reception staff it is also the doctors as well. I've seen her once. Getting an appointment is impossible, then when you do get one they get canceled last minute.
Good doctors, BUT, when it comes to getting test results, Horrible. Waited 5 days and 6 phone calls for X-ray results. Inconsiderate,unprofessional and rude office help. Wouldn’t recommend.
