This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! I’ve had a lot of massages in my life and this was the first one that had the stretch combo massage. I have a few areas where I’ve had stiffness and stress on muscles, my back and shoulders. After this one session - I feel so much better, relaxed and can feel a major difference. Went for my first stretch session with Sylvester yesterday. He did a professional and thorough assessment of my range of motion and discussed the areas of concern I had. Communicated throughout the process clearly to maximize the benefit from the session and pain relief. Better than any "chain" stretch business model out there by leaps and bounds. After my therapeutic stretch session, I felt a significant release of tension throughout my body, particularly in my shoulders and lower back, leaving me with a noticeable improvement in my range of motion and a sense of deep relaxation, almost like a calming massage, that made it easier to move and even improved my sleep that night; while some stretches were slightly uncomfortable, the practitioner was attentive and ensured I felt safe throughout the session, making it a very positive experience overall!

I had a wonderful experience working with Sylvester. He did his initial assessment asked questions to get a better understanding of what I needed and he walked me through the process I left there feeling way better than when I came in. I definitely would recommend his services.
