I can’t remember ever having so much fun! Atmosphere is light and low pressure. It feels like working out with friends! I can definitely feel it though. It was very go ahead your own pace. No shame if you can’t do everything. I highly recommend it and will definately be going back!
Wendy and the other trainers are knowledgeable and hands on. This class is excellent for beginners and experienced alike. Classes vary daily and workouts are great. Thanks MMAXOUT. I love this place.
It is awesome. If you want a place where you get a great workout, and members are considered part of the family. No better place to be. I have been a member for 3 yrs. Lost 40 pounds and at 69, I am in the best shape of my life. Such a positive and uplifting place.
