Dr. Tamras is a very dedicated chiropractor and has great bedside manner. I woke up with a migraine that just wouldn’t kick. After an adjustment the migraine went from 9/10 to a 2/10. He did some follow up stretching of my neck muscles which then eliminated the rest of the pain. I definitely recommend him and will be continuing to go to him for maintenance treatments.
