Their page glitches and your paymnt appear as failed, yet your bank takes off your funds from your card, once you contact their customer service they are not helpful and tell you to check with your bank. My bank confirmed the funds wee transfered and the transaction was approved, yet there is no order and the money is gone. So where does the money go? it just disappears? I got really screwed and I wold recommend to never buy from them if their payment system fils and probably has security issues.

Three out of five items arrived stained, and only one came out fine after the laundry. Customer service is awful - waited for a reply for more than a week, refused to fully refund me for damaged clothes, no acknowledgement, no apology, ignored my last email. Unbelievable. 2 stars only because I still love their stuff a lot. Should be 0.
I called to ask about the sizing of some youth shorts for my son. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and offered to measure the shorts so I could be sure I was buying the correct size. Thank you!
Was woundering why i hadn't received my order. I ordered two item's one of which they didnt have the right color anymore. I have a fight in 4 days and needed those items. They did send me a email but it went to my spam folder. They should let people know upfront about the email not going to your primary folder. Once i finally got in contact with them instead of expediting my shipping like any good customer service would they wanted me to take one item off that i ordered to pay for the 2 day shipping. Ordered a virus singlet (which are sold out everywhere in my size) on Tuesday 5/30/17 and received it today, Thursday 6/01/17. And at a steal thanks to Memorial weekend! Amazing, speedy service!
