I absolutely love this gym and everyone in it! When you get to the gym and you walk in it has an amazing vibe and you are greeted only with smiles. Everyone at this place is so helpful and if you have any question they will answer it no problem. Even with injuries they have the experience and knowledge on how to modify an exercise to make sure there is no further damage to an injury. All in all it is an amazing gym and I highly recommend going!!
Absolutely love the MMA HIIT Circuit, it took me to the next level in my training and health. Gus and his staff are very knowledgeable and keep you motivated through out the circuit.
This is the real deal if you are looking for a fun challenging workout in 35 minutes that will leave you dripping in sweat and breathing heavy. Gus does a great job of mixing up the circuits so it never gets routine. He mixes cardio and strength training with MMA and always lots of core movements to get a well-rounded great workout. Absolutely love working out here. Gus and his staff are amazing. I have no fighting background at all and it took me forever to work up the courage to walk into an MMA gym. I was greeted with open arms and enthusiastic attitudes and I absolutely love my workouts now!
