Went for a puncture repair, was told a new tyre would be required - which was fine, but when I requested a remould they advised me that remoulds are no longer legal in the UK. Quick google search suggested the opposite. Won't be returning, rather go to other local places that will keep things more cost-effective where possible and give proper advice.
