Worst Title company in the Dayton area!!! Horrible communication, horrible customer service, no true respect given. Our company Heartland Home Buyers have been buying and selling homes in the Dayton area for 13 years and have always enjoyed working with many Title companies and have had great experiences. We have buyers who request their title company’s of course, and we have had yo deal with M & M title on i believe 4 occasions and each time the experience has become more hard with their staff and poor communication.
