Aissatou was very kind, gentle and did a really good wax job. The suite was cute, clean, and the whole experience put me at ease as I am not someone who consistently waxes. I came for a Brazilian wax and the service was great and I was very satisfied with the work. 10/10 would recommend

I had a really disappointing experience here. I had an appointment before a trip and showed up on time, only to be left waiting outside. When it was finally my turn, they canceled last minute saying the person was stuck in traffic. This is not the first time this happen same happened to my aunt TWICE different excuse cancelled last min, The frustrating part is there was another staff member available who could have taken me, but they didn’t bother. Not only does she provide personable, fast, thorough & exceptional service, but sugaring has completely slowed how fast my hair grows & has evolved so much more than hard wax has ever.
