M&M Skylights did a great job on our two skylights! They worked with us scheduling replacement in the peak of winter. Great communication about clearing snow and pivoting install dates due to snow storms. Tim was very responsive during the job, answering my questions and giving timing updates. The final product looks amazing and the remote control shade is a game changer.
The crew that installed my skylight was friendly and professional. They completed the installation quickly and left the area clean and neat.
Company was professional. 1 window was measured wrong so there was a little delay in the project, but it was communicated to us clearly.
We are located in Lake Wales Florida and had a solar tube replaced. Professional installation. Having issue with debris in the solar tube, we called several times and were told someone will get back to you. The manager called once and was very short stating his people were too busy and he would get back to me. That never happened. It has been 6 months and haven't heard a word. Their customer service is terrible. I would not refer them to anyone I know.
I was very satified with M&M Skylights. The windows are terrific and the installation was quicker than I imagined and left no mess. They even repaired a crack in the sheetrock surrounding the window and painted over a stain caused by a leak in the old skylights. I highly recommend them!
