I broke on a pothole a wheel, which was unfortunately also discontinued. I was told nothing to do except changing the 4 wheels by them. I finally put my hand on one new wheel by myself, ask a simple tire mounting to see if everything could fit nicely first, and took time from work to brought them everything. I was welcome by a very grumpy attitude, definitely bothering as not a worthy customer for their time or whatever. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Great people great business! Came in for an annual inspection of my Tesla. They took care of me despite a jam packed schedule. Really nice people! Would definitely come back for whatever other mechanical needs I have!
