I broke on a pothole a wheel, which was unfortunately also discontinued. I was told nothing to do except changing the 4 wheels by them. I finally put my hand on one new wheel by myself, ask a simple tire mounting to see if everything could fit nicely first, and took time from work to brought them everything. I was welcome by a very grumpy attitude, definitely bothering as not a worthy customer for their time or whatever. The tire was not ordered (5 days later), and they wanted to keep my car for alignment etc... Their slogan... read more
