Have been using M&M Realty past 12 years to buy and lease real-estate. Very professional, knowledgeable, prompt service. Experienced and knowledgeable in evection process, property management, vetting renter applications and find good long term teanent.
Unfortunately I don’t know who wrote the prior reviews but Syed did nothing but ghost us. No response to us or our realtor even when he called or texted, would read our messages and nothing .. submitted an application and again nothing. Radio silence, very disappointed
As the review below, I went thru a similar situation except this was worse. We were moved into an inhabitable home. The house was FILTHY even after we told them it needed to be deep cleaned prior to move in. It was listed on the lease…Syed broke his code of conduct according to policies of TREC. Syed is the best in the market. Super professional and always kept his promise. Anytime I needed him he was there. Look no further. This guy is in 5 places at once for your convenience.
If I could give this organization 0 stars I would. Sadly the listing agent by the name Shanoop has given this organization a bad look. I have wasted almost a whole two weeks trying to secure a house. First I put in an application for one house and as soon as we were ready to discuss leasing a payment, I was informed that someone already secured the house and was suggested an alternative house.
