If I could give this organization 0 stars I would. Sadly the listing agent by the name Shanoop has given this organization a bad look. I have wasted almost a whole two weeks trying to secure a house. First I put in an application for one house and as soon as we were ready to discuss leasing a payment, I was informed that someone already secured the house and was suggested an alternative house. Move out deposit - Beware of Deception by Omission !! When we moved out of our out rental property managed by Syed Mabashir(M&M Realty) and owned by Farzan Alam we asked to meet with Mr Mabashir for a final walk through. At our our meeting on June 3,2024 Mr Mabashir never walked through house with us, and we explained we had cleaned our home ourselves.
