M & M Pro Audio has been servicing my Simple Interlock since installment. They have been welcoming and extremely helpful. When my first vehicle began having mechanical issues M & M Pro Audio came to me to remove and transfer the device so I wouldn't need to drive the vehicle. Anytime there has been an issue with the device, M & M has contacted Simple Interlock and advocated on my behalf whether it was to prevent an unfair charge or to replace the unit. I was robbed and conned out of lots of money by Mario at m&m pro audio who has over charged me for poor quality work . That he refused to fix my vehicle that has endless problems including fire hazard wiring. Ever time I brought my truck back with problems he never can give me a straight answer to what was wrong with my truck and cost me more money fixing things that were not even issues .
