As soon as you make a reservation (a bounce house in our case) They automatically take your money and if something comes up before your reservation date, and you call to change days you get told about how strangely enough everyone in the Tri State area had been calling wanting to rent the very same bounce house?? It's great for kiddos fun times but the toys on wall n shelves above you have to buy!!! Tickets no longer work for gifts other than very cheap small toys!!! Very Sad bc some kiddos are way to small for the tiny hard plastic toys!!!
Good delivery and pickup experience. Inflatable in good condition. BUT…..I clearly specified which inflatable I wanted and was told that I would receive it. Upon delivery, I was given a different inflatable and told “you’ll like this one better—it’s a better one.” Better or not, I would have liked to at least been notified of the switch before delivery on the day of my event.

Booked a water slide for my son’s party Saturday. Party came around and inflatable had not shown when it was supposed to. My sister and I tried calling about 50 times between the 2 of us an hour before the party. No answer and could not leave voicemail. My brother drove 40 min up there due to them not answering.
