We were recommended Miguel of M&M by Sherwin-Williams. We had just installed brand-new flooring and hired M&M specifically because all interior trim needed to be painted with oil-based paint, which requires proper prep and protection to avoid damaging floors. The scope of work included oil-based paint on all interior trim (with sanding as needed), all interior doors, and two rooms. Unfortunately, the quality of work was very poor. Needed porch rails for back porch per insurance requirements. They responded very quickly to our request and came out the same day to give a quote. I was expecting a week or two before they could do the work but they were out next day and completed the job in one day. They did a great job and our porch is up to code and looks great. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company. Will call them again if I have any construction needs.
