Tom was a very good salesman. I had a very good experience at M & M. They even gave me my helmet for free ($300 helmet). Maybe the bad reviews are justified, but I will go back until they treat me bad.
Worst experience EVER - TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL, SALEMAN WAS RUDE TO ME AND MY WIFE AND TOLD US TO "BUY YOUR HELMETS SOMEWHERE ELSE' AFTER WE DIDN'T GET OUR BIKE FROM HIM. I have almost 20 years of selling experience and I know that deals don't always work out but if you treat people right you can get their business later. M&M Would have still received our business on accessories and a bike for my son had they not treated us like garbage. If I could give them zero stars I would. The customer service I received on several visits have lead me to never work with this company again. Also, after offering to price match some tires for my bike, I caught them overcharging me for other services at the exact amount they dropped the price of the tires to price match. WATCH OUT!
Just purchased a used Corolla from M & M Motor Mall/Imports in Kalamazoo on Sprinkle Rd. Had the car checked out by another mechanic shop prior to purchase and it was in stellar condition. Very happy with the wide selection on the lot. Lots of spotless quality cars. Great price and transaction went smoothly with a great deal of personal attention. Highly recommend this used car dealer.
I just leased a 2010 Honda CRV LX for my wife. Was very pleased with the way we were treated. My wife visited first without me, and was treated with courtesy and respect. Was introduced to their management team , service, as well as their service dept. Was told that any problems weight encounter would be treated with utmost courtesy. Was refreshing to see a car dealership performing this way. Would go back and would refer friends!!!!!!
My car was recalled and I called to bring it in and have it fixed. I received nothing but attitude and sarcasm. Unfortunately this is the only place in town that can work on Honda recalls.
If you need professional assistance and timely service do not go there! They have it and they don't, they never answer phone calls and you'll wait till you have to shave again in line for help. Ask them a question and you'll have to start all over again going through every associate there. Don't go here unless you don't want to know the price of anyhting on the shelf being they don't put it. A complete disaster of an experience I gaurantee it!
