Terrible service. They are 2 weeks late on getting a refund for me. Do not recommend
We booked them for two trips on our wedding day. One sedan and one bus for our guests. Sedan arrives on time to our hotel pickup, but no bus for our guests. We call to check and they keep telling us 5 minutes, 8 minutes, 3 minutes longer, all while we have a ceremony time slot and the entire wedding hinges on this schedule. After 20 minutes I leave with the bride to the ceremony to start taking pictures instead of having the ceremony. Very poor experience from top to bottom. We have been waiting to hear back for over a MONTH regarding our reservation issues. Between lack of customer service response, to clueless drivers wasting our time and Money M&M checks all the boxes for terrible transportation services! Do not book with M&M. You would have better luck burning your money outside.
Great service every time. Sucks to see all these negative remarks but we always receive top notch service.
