They do great work but customer service is severely lacking. At every point of this job, I have had to chase them for any communication. From when they were coming to do the job, I got the quote in March and heard nothing. I had to call and email to find out when they were planning to do the job, they said they'd call two weeks before with no ball park. I asked for a ball park and was told July but they didn't get here until mid-August. They gave me a date and didn't show up and I called again and they came the next day. The... read more

We had attempted to have M & M talk to us about a project. First time we called we spoke to woman in office. Have since left 2 messages and actually gone down there and spoke to a worker He called owner while we were there and said he would get back to us immediately. This was last weekend and still no call after many attempts. We had wanted to have our driveway sealed plus additional landscape projects. .

I gave M&M a call. I had some over grown weeds in my back lot an They came out immediately and trimmed the weeds down so it didn't cause Safety issue anymore. Thank you guys you are the best.
