Lying and theft from Mario. Lied about being injured in a car crash so he couldn’t make it. Never showed up upon rescheduling and he never contacted us back. Stopped answering our calls. Stole a large amount of money from us without ever doing the work. Never finished the work once some work had been started. Illegal work was done underground by Mario and his workers, as revealed upon discovery from another landscaper I hired sequentially. Stay far far away from Mario and his landscaping business. It is a scam.

Turns out the yard work done by Mario was illegal and I got fined during inspection
Mario is a scammer. He made plans to landscape our yard back in May and told us a deadline when it would be done. Fast forward to now and we’re well past that date. BEWARE that he will take your money at the beginning and make promises he can’t fulfill. He failed to even show up on the first day scheduled. We had to reach out to him to remind him to come and he got started a day late on the project.
